Time to come clean...I've been bad! The fun with friends and holiday parties are just too enticing!
But you know what? I don't have a real problem with it. It hasn't been that difficult to get back on track after a dessert-eating or wine-drinking festival. For the most part I have been eating very well during the week and having a little fun on the weekends. And it HAS been fun!
I hope you all are doing well coping with the holiday treats! Have a great Monday!
Me too though I haven't discriminated against the weekedays...sugar and beer on those days too!
ReplyDeleteI mysteriously came down with a cold yesterday...
Aw Mark! I'm sorry you got sick! It's never fun to receive the punishment after the bad behavior, is it?
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon!
KF KF KF. I loved being bad with you this weekend!
ReplyDeleteI finally fell off the wagon today. First time this month. Back at it tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteFeeling better...even when I do get sick, it's never that bad and it ends quickly.
ReplyDeleteHi Carrie! It was SO good to be bad with you! hehe! KF! :) Problem is that then the next day I went to that party and ate candy like it was going out of style! ha!
ReplyDeleteHi Andy! You fell off the wagon? Oh no! You were doing so well. I'm sure you will have no trouble getting back to business, though.
Mark, I'm glad your sickness doesn't last long. I caught that killer cold/cough that was lasted for weeks. It was bad for me, but my friends had it much worse. Sometimes I think avoiding the meds and just sleeping is a faster and better way to kick a cold. I'm gald you are already on the mend! :)
I have to say, if my bartender looked like the one in the picture, I'm pretty sure I would be over-indulging too! Cheers!
ReplyDeleteThe holidays is always a killer for me. Friends are in town and I usually end up having a few drinks too many, not to mention the unhealthy eating.
ReplyDeleteThank God for IF and Paleo eating because all that junk will just melt away when things get back to normal.
Happy Holidays!
Hi Dan! I know what you mean! Soon the holidays will be all over and we can hopefully resume our healthy habits, right?
ReplyDeleteHappy holidays to you! :)
