The ingredients in my guacamole are as follows: avocado, serranos, lemon or lime, salt, cilantro, cherry tomatoes. Just say no to onions. EW! ;) I don't really have a guacamole recipe for you since I just throw the ingredients together, but I do have some suggestions.
#1: add a lot of lemon or lime juice
#2: add some cut up sweet cherry tomatoes
Dinner last night was bison patties with guacamole and roasted veggies (eggplant, squash, shallots). SO filling and SO yummy!

We are so on the same wavelength, I drafted a recipe for my guacamole last night that I am going to post today. I'm sure yours is better than mine, though, especially because I basically just add salsa. :)

ReplyDeleteCarrie- haha! That's funny, we are always on the same wavelength. I used to make guac using salsa. It def tastes great! Try it sometime with cherry tomatoes, the sweetness makes it so tasty!!
