Office breakfast

 Sometimes I enjoy breakfast in the office, sitting at my desk. Today I scrambled two eggs in the microwave and added some green olive tapenade for flavor excitement. It was really tasty!

To go along with the egg goodness, I made an espresso con panna. Yes, you can make whip cream in a mug using a plastic fork! It takes a bit of wrist stamina but it is super easy. Now I can have my fav beverage at work. WOO!

  4. Interesting to see out your window. I also have never thought of cooking eggs in the microwave! Plastic fork whip cream...you're so industrious! That beverage looks tasty! YUM!
